Furniss of Cornwall is a proud old Cornish company, founded in Truro in the 1880s, when master baker John Cooper Furniss began producing fairings, gingerbreads and other fine confectionery.

Original Cornish Fairings are made to a traditional recipe dating back to 1886.All the biscuits, from fairings to shortbread, have the finest quality local ingredients wherever possible, such as Cornish clotted cream and butter, just as John Cooper Furniss would have done over 100 years ago.
